IT Field Technician Training

Learn the hands-on skills field techs use every day through 12 modules: safety, PC hardware, network cabling, Wi-Fi, printers, rack installs, mobile devices, cloud apps, device deployment, and running real work orders. Each module has lessons, a hands-on lab, a quiz, and an in-person practical checkoff. Finish all 12 to earn a certificate and a path to paid ECC contract work.
